What is Title IX?

Title IX is a federal law that states: No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.

Davis Technical College’s nondiscrimination policy statement, grievance procedures and grievance process, including how to report or file a complaint of sex discrimination, how to report or file a formal complaint of sexual harassment, and how the College will respond can be found in the Title IX Policy.

Admission to these programs is based on (Davis Tech Admissions)

Materials presented may copyrighted by author(s). Materials are not to be downloaded, shared, or used for purposes other than review under than purposes listed in Section 106.45(b)(1)(iii) & § 106.45(b)(10)(i)(D) of Title IX, Education Amendments Act.
