The Davis Technical College Campus Board of Trustees is composed of the following 11 members:
- One (1) elected local school board member appointed by Davis School District
- One (1) elected local school board member appointed by Morgan School District
- One (1) member of the Weber State University Board of Trustees
- Eight (8) representatives of business or industry employers within the region appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the Senate
