Record Requests – Official Transcripts
A permanent record of each student's educational accomplishments including coursework completed and certificates issued is recorded on a student transcript and is maintained by Student Services.
Davis Tech has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Web. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.
To order an official transcript(s), please link to the Clearinghouse website at: www.studentclearinghouse.org.

Students will be assessed an additional $.50 (.pdf security fee) for transcripts going to organizations outside of schools (i.e.. student, DOPL, Employers).
Order updates will be emailed to you and you may also track your order on-line. If you have any questions or need assistance with this site, please feel free to contact the Customer Service Department at: firstname.lastname@example.org.

The College would like the opportunity to recognize you and your achievements by inviting you to attend the Davis Tech Graduation Ceremony. Ceremonies are held in January, May and September. To apply for graduation, meet with your program advisor/teacher to review your training plan and submit the Application for Graduation form (below). There is also a $18.00 certificate processing/graduation fee (excluding high school students) to be collected upon submission of your application.
Enrollment Verification letters verify dates of enrollment, program of study, and enrollment status (half-time, full-time). There is no charge for this letter. Start by submitting the Enrollment Verification request form. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
