In June Mill Creek Secure Care facility in Ogden, celebrated 13 graduates from Davis Technical College programs. Youths ordered to Secure Care by a Utah Juvenile Court Judge have an opportunity to participate in one of the Davis Tech programs offered onsite. The power of positive youth development is what we work toward with our incarcerated youth. Juvenile justice isn’t just about locking people up, it’s also about locking them into a positive future.
