Relevant Institutional Policies

In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), the Davis Technical College will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs, or activities including training and employment.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of Davis Technical College should contact the appropriate ADA Coordinator as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.

Complaints related to unfulfilled or denied accommodations requests will be handled under existing College grievance policies. Complaints relating to employment will be handled under the Employment Grievances Policy. All other complaints – from students or members of the general public – will be handled under the Student Grievance Policy and Procedures.
